How do I book a session?

To book a session, visit our website and navigate to the menu. Select your preferred service, choose a date and time, and complete the booking form. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed.

How much are the sessions?

The cost of our sessions varies depending on the service. Prices range from £45 to £5 for one to one sessions and from £20pp for classes and workhops.  for detailed pricing information please select the service you want.

How can I find you?

We are located at 9 The High Street, West Malling, Kent, ME19 6QH. 
On arrival look for a white building with a green door (to the left of The Pad Thai Restaurant).  
Make your way down the side of our building, on the left is a grey door with No.9 on it.
Please ring the buzzer saying Talking Spirit.
Please do not arrive before your appointment time, as we may be with other clients and there is no waiting area.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your one to one session at any time providing it is not within 24 hours of your appointment time. Please refer to our cancellation policy on the 'Terms and Conditions' page for more details on cancellation policies for our classes, workshops, events and retreats.
