About

We are pleased to be offering an exciting new movement experience! Through ecstatic dance, Sarah will be creating a strong soul-body connection; as you allow the music to awaken your inner energies through movement and intention. This will arouse your natural intuition and guide you to move freely and without inhibition - all whilst aligning your energy centres. This one hour session will focus on a specific Chakra each week. We will start by bringing attention to our desired energy centre before letting ourselves get lost in the rhythm of the music and dance freely and instinctively. Each class will conclude by filling our auric field with the energy we have created within the session. We can’t wait to see you there! Cancellation Policy

Please note for classes, workshops & events - 72 hours notice is required to be eligible for a refund. For all one to one sessions (readings, healing, massage etc) 24 hours notice is required to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will have £1.50 booking fee deducted. Deposits are non refundable. If you are unable to attend, we cannot transfer your place to another session. Please note: If ur up to 15 minutes late, the time will be taken off your session, if you are more than 15mins late the session will be cancelled.
