Reiki is a powerful Japanese energy healing technique that balances and enhances the body’s energy system. Benefits include: deep relaxation, pain relief, speeding up the healing process, clearing emotional blockages, balancing and activating your chakras, increased spiritual awareness and developing inner peace. At Talking Spirit, our team offer healing sessions with their own personal touch added to it. Below you can read more about each session and practitioner. Various times available throughout the week, AM & PM Tracy the Co-Founder of Talking Spirit, offers an hour of Reiki combined with a guided meditation and relaxation techniques to help you connect back to your soul. You'll feel spiritually nourished and filled with soothing healing. (Available Wed-Sat 10am to 5pm) Tanya is a Usui Reiki Master Practitioner, Kundalini yoga teacher and gong practitioner. During a Reiki session, Tanya incorporates sage smudging to clear your energy, crystals are placed on your chakras to amplify their energy and soothing music is played to enhance the experience. (Available Monday to Saturdays 10am to 4pm) Jodie will help you drift away in a nurturing ambience, filled with the aroma of essential oils. Receive healing for the past and present and let your whole body relax. A completely immersive experience for the senses. (Available Mon-Fri 5.30pm to 9pm) Available in our West Malling Venue Sessions are 45mins - 1hour long.
